LA Social Hangout – 5/20/15

Debra led a goal-setting workshop for a diverse group of women journalists in Miami, of which I am the chair. The workshop's aim was to help participants begin the year with a clear idea of short- and long-term goals, ensuring 2016 is a positive, productive year. Debra was a fantastic workshop leader. She clearly knows how to help guide people in their personal and professional goals, and to make them feel energized in the process. We each left with a plan in hand and a desire to get started. What I appreciated most about working with Debra was her positive energy and natural interaction with the group. Even though we were over a dozen women, Debra personalized the experience for everyone.
